Our project management service is ideal if you are embarking on a large scale renovations venture involving trades and time constrictions. This level of service saves you time and money as all of the stress and work of sourcing and organising your project is taken care of for you.

We start with a consultation where we take the time to compile a detailed brief – to learn about what you want your property to deliver to you.

We then prepare a detailed project proposal outlining the scope of your renovations and the associated fees for each stage of the project, including all the quotes from trades people for all the different elements. We are also happy to work with your preferred tradespeople.

We believe in no surprises during a renovation – and ensure you total control throughout each stage of your project.
